Love the taste and great for digestive system. They recommend doing a 14 day challenge so tried it was presently surprised with bloating, regularity and glad to be getting needed fiber. Also had elevated cholesterol so hoping this helps as well.

I’m an 81 year old male having problems with my stomach. My Gastroenterologist after numerous tests including a colonoscopy, recommended Meta Mucil, to my surprise. I was expecting more prescription meds. I have been using it every day and I understand why this is what he recommended for me. I feel better already having only used Meta Mucil for a little over a week. It is an excellent product but speak to your doctor first if you are having digestive problems.
