It will go in and strengthen stressed and sensitized hair to prevent breakage. Up to 57% resistance to hair breakage if the treatment is left on for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, rinse well, and apply Heart of Glass Rich Conditioner for 5 minutes, and then rinse. You can use it once a week, or more often if you need to. 89. 2%
